Jay Dattani

Jay is one of the original founders of Links Legal and qualified as a Solicitor in 1992 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in many aspects of the law. His area of expertise is Crime and he heads the Criminal Department.

He undertakes Crown Court trials in a wide variety of cases and recent trials have involved offences of murder, rape, blackmail, wounding, burglary and fraudulent trading and money laundering.

Jitesh Patel

Jitesh is one of the original founders of Links Legal and qualified as a Solicitor in 2001. He is head of the Conveyancing Department and specialises in both commercial and residential Conveyancing.

Binder Roopra

Binder, also one of the original founders of Links Legal, was admitted as a Solicitor in 1992 and heads the Family and Civil Litigation Departments. He specialises in all aspects of Matrimonial Law.

He practices in most areas of civil and commercial Litigation. He endeavours to provide advice which is practical, clear and commercially realistic and has been involved in mediation by way of alternate dispute resolution.
